• Saturday, May 2. from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM

(Remember a valid competition license)

Categories
• Little GR (7-10 years): Born 2016-2019 (flexible weight classes)
• Boys GR (11-14 years): Born 2012-2015 (34-75 kg)
• Youth GR (15-17 years): Born 2009-2011 (41/45-110 kg)
• Junior/Senior (18+ years): Born 2008 and earlier (55-130 kg)
• Little Girls (7-10 years): Born 2016-2019 (flexible weight classes, freestyle)
• Young Women (11-14 years): Born 2012-2015 (33-66 kg, freestyle)
• Women (15+ years): Born 2011 and earlier (40-76 kg, freestyle)
Awards
Medals for the top 3 in each weight class
Best club: Trophy + 5,000 DKK
2nd best club: 3,000 DKK
3rd best club: 1,000 DKK
Trophy for the best wrestler in each category
Accommodation
School accommodation: 150 DKK incl. breakfast (limited places)

Note: Heros does not handle contact, booking, or payment for the mentioned alternatives. All contact and arrangements for stays should be handled directly between participants and the respective accommodation facilities.
Practical Information
Entry Fee and Referee Fee:
• Entry Fee: 200 DKK per participant
• Referee Fee:
o 1-3 participants: 200 DKK
o 4+ participants: 400 DKK
• Referees are compensated with 500 DKK
Catering:
Breakfast and lunch available for purchase in the hall
Registration and Payment
Opens: January 20 at https://heros.dk/onlineregistration/
Cancellation: No later than April 24, 2026
Payment can be completed via credit card or cash upon check-in, or alternatively through a bank transfer.
